Radiology Report AI ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us") is a cloud-based, AI-assisted radiology reporting system designed exclusively for healthcare professionals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radiology Report AI web application and related services available at:

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
Radiology Report AI is a web-based AI-assisted radiology reporting workstation designed for radiologists, diagnostic centres, clinics, and hospitals.
The Platform enables the following workflow:

The Platform assists in drafting only. Final clinical responsibility remains solely with the radiologist.
You may use the Platform only if:
You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful professional purposes.
Radiology Report AI is an AI-assisted drafting tool only. It does not provide autonomous diagnosis, does not replace clinical judgement, does not guarantee medical accuracy, and does not function as a medical device unless explicitly declared under applicable law.
You acknowledge and agree that all AI outputs must be reviewed, edited, and verified by a qualified radiologist before use. You retain full legal and clinical responsibility for any report issued through the Platform.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with organizational access policies.
We implement role-based access control, organization-scoped data isolation, and secure authentication mechanisms. However, you remain responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You retain full ownership of all patient data entered into the Platform, reports created, and templates uploaded or customized. We do not claim ownership of your medical data.
We process data solely to provide the Service, improve system performance, and maintain security and compliance. We do not sell patient data. Data may be processed via third-party service providers including cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, and database and authentication services. A detailed Privacy Policy governs data handling.
You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful collection of patient data, obtaining patient consent where required, and complying with applicable healthcare data regulations including but not limited to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Radiology Report AI acts as a technology service provider and not as a healthcare provider.
The Platform uses third-party AI systems for transcription, report formatting, and clinical structuring assistance. AI outputs may contain errors, may be incomplete, and must be clinically verified before use.
We do not warrant that AI-generated content is error-free.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Plans may include Free Trial, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and failure to pay may result in suspension of access. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
You agree NOT to use the Platform for unlawful medical practices, reverse engineering or copying proprietary software, attempting unauthorized access to other organizations' data, uploading malicious code, or violating patient confidentiality. Violation may result in account termination.
All intellectual property relating to software architecture, AI workflow logic, UI/UX design, and branding remains the exclusive property of Seva Systems. You may not reproduce or distribute the Platform without written permission.
We implement reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and database-level access controls. However, no system is completely immune to breaches. You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based systems.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices. We may suspend services for maintenance, security upgrades, or infrastructure improvements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiology Report AI shall not be liable for clinical errors in finalized reports, diagnostic decisions, patient outcomes, loss of data due to user negligence, or indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seva Systems, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of the Platform, clinical negligence, or regulatory non-compliance.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting radiologyreportai@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
Certain features may be marked as "Beta". Beta features may change without notice, may contain errors, and are provided "as is" without warranty.
